A matching charmeuse band trims the empire waist and extends into straps that tie in back. The skirt drops down with an over edge bottom hem and tulle mesh peeking out from underneath. This dress is fully lined.

Flattering! Jan 15, 2008 The product is very well made, comfortable (even for those who are top-heavy), and conceals the parts of my body (rear end, stomach) that I would like to hide. I'm not afraid to wear this dress out in public and worry that it will fall apart and would be too slinky or see-through...there is no issue with any of that. I would definitely buy from this company again.

great value Jan 11, 2008 I received this cute dress in a timely manner. I was surprised at the high quality of this dress (ie. workmanship, material) for the price! I highly recommend the 15 dollar store & will continue to buy their products.
